Are you the Vietnamese government?
No. VisaLotus is a private service that prepares and submits your application on the official e-visa portal and supports you until approval. You can also apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn and pay only the government fee.
What do I need to apply?
A passport valid for at least 6 months after arrival, a clear photo of the passport data page, a recent portrait photo (white background, no glasses), your arrival date and entry port.
What does “guaranteed delivery” mean?
It is the latest time you will receive your result for the speed you choose, counted in Vietnam government working hours (08:00–11:30 and 13:30–18:30, Mon–Fri, GMT+7). If we are late, we refund our service fee.
Do 1-month and 3-month visas cost the same?
Yes. Only multiple-entry visas cost US$25 more per applicant.
I already applied on evisa.gov.vn. Can you speed it up?
Yes. Choose “Speed up existing visa” and give us your application code. We follow it up with the Immigration Department for you.
My e-visa has a mistake. What can I do?
Choose “Correct visa errors”, upload your e-visa and tell us what is wrong. We handle the correction request for US$85 per application.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Yes — the weekend & holiday urgent service opens from Friday 17:00 to Sunday 17:00 (GMT+7) and during public holidays.
Can I enter through any port?
You must enter through the port you select. The e-visa is accepted at all international airports and many land and sea border gates.
